Grew the association from 70 to 170 members and scaled annual events from 20 to 50 within two years; cross-platform followers grew by ~300%. Produced the largest Chinese New Year Gala in Germany (800+ attendees) and hosted annual recruiting talks for dozens of international companies and universities, including the Huawei Munich annual recruitment talk.

Built a Dianping-style discovery app for Asian restaurants in Germany; within six months, partnered with ~50% of Chinese restaurants in Munich and reached ~1/5 of the city’s Chinese population.
